Cantho Medicine- Pharmacy university has just held the workshop to introduce new generation gene sequencing technology and its application to reality.
At the workshop, doctors of the central tropical diseases hospital, Hung Vuong hospital in HCM city, Cần Thơ Medicine- Pharmacy university introduced applications and achievements of the new generation gene sequencing technology in early diagnosing some human diseases like hepatitis B, cancer and other applications. With the new generation sequencing system, Cantho Medicine- Pharmacy university has been deploying many researches which detect medicine- resistant mutations, gene mutations in cancer, hepatitis B.
