The Opening for the Thailand Week in Cần Thơ
The International Trade Promotion Administration under Thailand Industry-Trade ministry in cooperation with Vinexad trade fair and ad joint stock company in the morning of July 22nd organized the opening for the Thai week in Cần Thơ at Cần Thơ Investment-Trade promotion and Exhibition fair center no.108 Lê Lợi street, Ninh Kiều urban district.

Chairman and Vice Chairman of Cần Thơ city People’s Committee Võ Thành Thống and Trương Quang Hoài Nam attended the opening with representative leaders of departments, sectors, General Consul of Royal Thailand to Hồ Chí Minh city Ureerat Ratanapruske, commercial consul, Director of the Trade Office of the General Consulate of Royal Thailand to Hồ Chí Minh city and entourages.
The Thailand Week in Cần Thơ is held from July 22nd to 24th.
This is one of cooperative activities in celebration of the 40th – year relation between Vietnam and Thailand with the aim to boost bilateral tie and trade turnover to reach USD 20 billion by 2020.
The event is also the chance for Vietnam and Thailand businesses to expand their network and to continue developing the strategic counterpart relation.
Besides, the fair also brings the opportunity to experience high quality products and services of Thailand for Vietnamese customers, especially those in Mekong delta region.
Coming to the Thai week in Cần Thơ, customers can also experience Thai food-drink and join drawing lots./.
