Seminar on Increasing Artistic Activities by 2020
In the morning on July 29th, Cần Thơ city Department of Culture – Sports and Tourism opens talk on measures to improve qualities of arts performances, festivals, contests, and public variety festivals of the city by 2020, and receives positive feedback, with 11 speeches and 8 suggestions from delegates.

Speeches of delegates from the city Party Committee’s Propaganda and Education Department, the city Union of Culture- Arts’ Associations, Culture – Sports Centers in districts and culture – arts researchers of the city focus on proposing measures on 4 issues such as Audiences’ changes in the taste of arts today – preferential expense sources – further investing in the Centers for Culture and Sports as well as cultural agencies on facilities, creativity, responsibilities to lure non-professional teams – Compositions need to be invested on quality and quantity.
Organizers appreciate enthusiastic opinions and receive suggestions, assign the Artistic Office to collect, give advices to leaders of the city Culture Sports and Tourism Department, early propose specific measures to apply in 2017./.
