At the city School for Handicapped Children, Colonel Nguyễn Thanh Đức – Commissar of the city Military Headquarters visited and encouraged students to strive for behaving and studying well, overcoming hardships, offering 1,000 notebooks, 20 scholarships, VND 500,000 each. On the occasion, the delegation visited Study Promotion Foundations in Hưng Thạnh and Thường Thạnh wards, Cái Răng district, offered 1,000 notebooks to each of the units.
