On August 15th at Lương Thế Vinh junior secondary school, Cần Thơ Study Promotion Association coordinated with Ninh Kiều district Study Promotion Association to offer scholarships and bicycles to good but poor students.

14 bikes, VND 1,300,000 each and 10 scholarships, VND 1,000,000 each, were given to junior secondary students, who suffer disadvantages but overcome their difficulties to study well in many years./.
