Myanmar: 15 killed in karaoke bar fire

At least 15 people were killed and one injured in a fire at a karaoke bar in Myanmar’s central Magway township, according to the country’s Fire Service Department.

The fire occurred at about 10:00 p.m. (Myanmar time) on April 2. Losses from the fire is estimated to worth over 5 million kyats (over 3,671 USD).

Investigations are underway into the cause of fire./.
