On July 26th, Vincom Retail joint-stock company opened Hung Vuong Vincom trade center in Cantho city.
Mr. Nguyen Phong Quang, standing vice-chief of the Southwestern steering board; Mr. Tran Thanh Man, member of the Party’s central executive board, Secretary of Cantho city party committee; Mr. Le Hung Dung, chairman of Cantho city people’s committee and members of the city party committee’s standing board came for attendance.
The trade center is located at the corner of Hung Vuong-the August Revolution streets, Ninh Kieu district. It totally covers 18,000m2, including 5 upper floors and one basement. Of which, Vinmart supermarket occupies over 1,200m2, dealing in over 20,000 items of various kinds. Especially, the center also includes a figure-skating rink, the 1st one in Cantho city, with the natural ice technology getting the thickness of 30mm.
It is the 1st Vincom trade center in Mekong delta and the 9th one nation-wide.
