On the morning of September 9th, Cần Thơ University opened 2016-2017 new school year.
Cần Thơ University opened New School Year and received the 1st Class Labor Medal, emulative flag of the Ministry of Education and Training.
Representatives of the Ministry of Education and Training, Military Zone 9, the Steering Committee for Southwestern Region and leaders of Cần Thơ city attended the ceremony.
In 2015-2016 school year, Cần Thơ University well completed all its tasks, focusing on improving teaching quality and educating life skills for students.
In 2016-2017 school year, Cần Thơ University concentrates on key missions, including improving training quality, expanding scale of post – graduate training, promoting and improving effectiveness of scientific research, technological transfer, serving socio-economic development.
