Ninh Kiều: Meeting on 69th Anniversary of Invalids and Martyrs
Marking the 69th anniversary of invalids and martyrs, in the morning on July 26th, Ninh Kiều district Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee, and Việt Nam Fatherland Front Committee opened meeting on the day (July 27th 1947 – July 27th2016).

Mr. Phạm Văn Hiểu – Standing vice secretary of the city Party Committee, Chairman of the City People’s Council, Mr. Võ Thành Thống – Chairman of Cần Thơ city People’s Committee and 100 typical policy families joined in.

At the meeting, Mr. Phạm Văn Hiểu and officials of the district Party Committee visited heroic Vietnamese mothers Lê Thị Ánh, Phan Thị Nở and Nguyễn Thị Nguyệt in An Bình ward.
He attentively asked about their health and showed gratefulness towards martyrs who had sacrificed for national independence.
Mr. Võ Thành Thống visited a policy family.
Visiting Ms. Nguyễn Thị Kim Hoa, in Tân An ward, heroic Vietnamese mother Lê Thị Tám and armed force hero Lê Minh Hoàng, in An Phú ward, Mr. Võ Thành Thống offered his and the city’s gifts to families and encouraged them to promote traditions to be examples for younger generations./.
