Competence improving for civil servants and businessmen to international integration

In the morning on July 9th, Institute for Researching Development of Mekong Delta region under Cần Thơ University coordinates with RMIT Australia University to open training course on “Improving competence of officials, civil servants, and businessmen to international integration” for Cần Thơ city.

Cooperative connection between the Institute for Researching Development of Mekong Delta region under Cần Thơ University and Management Faculty of RMIT University, with the 1st target of developing human resources for the city and contributing to development of Project on Training high-quality human resources to serve sustainable development of Cần Thơ city.

Through that, they evaluate development demand and personnel management of agencies at all levels of the city. Representative of RMIT University shares experiences on personnel management in Australia in integration period, international personnel management models, so on and so forth./.
