Thới Xuân, the poorest commune in Cờ Đỏ suburban district, covers the natural area of 1,710 ha with 1,813 households.
There are 505 poor households in the whole commune, making up 27.98%.
This is the challenge for the locality in economic development as well as in new rural building in the past time.

At the working session, the Secretary directed the locality to devise specific solutions to support locals to develop family economy, raise income and sustainably escape from poverty./.
