Before departing to undertake new tasks, in the morning on June 5th, the delegation of Vietnam representative offices in foreign countries in 2015- 2018 term, led by deputy minister of foreign affairs Nguyen Quoc Cuong – extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to Japan came to visit in Cantho city. Chairman, vice chairman of Cantho city people’s committee Le Hung Dung and Truong Quang Hoai Nam and leaders of some departments, sectors received and worked with the delegation. Also attending was chief of the office of the steering board for the southwestern region Nguyen Thanh Hai.
Statement at the work day, Deputy Foreign Minister Nguyen Quoc Cuong addressed: We have many opportunities. During the work term, each ambassador will have many things to do, complete well mission, connection between investors with localities in all fields to cooperate and develop country. The Foreign Ministry will boost training officials in external task for localities and Mekong delta in particular.
