Phong Điền founded its 1st culture- sports center

Mỹ Khánh commune of Phong Điền suburban district has just held theproclamation of the decision to found the commune’s culture- sports center. This is the 1st of this Kind in the suburban district.

Under the decision no. 7387/QĐ of Phong Điền suburban district’s people’s committee, the commune’s culture- sports center is a non- profit unit which has the functions of organizing, managing activities on culture, music performance, sports, communication and library. It has full mechanism in line with circular no.12 of the Culture- Sports and Tourism ministry under the professional and administrative management of the suburban district’s culture- sports center and the suburban district’s culture- information chamber at the operational cost of VND 50 million/ year.

The founding of the center contributes to facilitate for people to exchange, verify operational forms and improve people’s life.
