Vietnam’s Prime Minister to attend ASEAN Summits in Laos

Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc will lead a Vietnamese delegation to the 28^th and 29^th ASEAN Summits and related meetings in Vientiane, Laos, from September 6 – 8.

The attendance is made at the invitation of Lao Prime Minister Thongloun Sisoulith.

Laos is holding this year’s ASEAN chairmanship, which is rotated among the 10 member nations of the bloc, namely Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam./.
