In the morning of August 5^th, Mr. Trương Quang Hoài Nam had a meeting to prepare for the 10^th Vietnam-France cooperation congress in Cần Thơ city.

The congress will take place in Cần Thơ city from September 14^th to 16^th under the theme: “Towards effective and sustainable economic counterpart”

There will also be sideline events such as the Vietnam-France international fair, Vietnam-France cultural days, Vietnam-France Investment-Trade promotion talk.
