The River Police Chamber under Cần Thơ city’s Public Security organized to disseminate about prevention of drowning for locals.

The Office for Waterway Policemen of Cần Thơ city Public Security offers gifts to poverty households and pupils.

At the destination, people listened to drowning in recent years of Cần Thơ city area as well as instructions on drowning prevention and saving, warnings, and measures on economic crime prevention on waterways.

The activity is in order to improve awareness of people on the drowning prevention, ensure domestic waterway traffic safety, especially riverside area where crowds of people gather.

Through that, they contribute to preventing the waterway traffic accidents from happening in the district area.

On the occasion, the Office for Waterway Policemen of Cần Thơ city Public Security offered 65 gifts, including rice and necessaries, to poverty households and 30 parts of books to pupils in new school-year.
