A reception to Consul General of Japan

Vice chairman of Cần Thơ city’s people’s committee Lê Văn Tâm on Nov. 5th held a warm reception for Mr. Satoshi Nakajima, Japanese general consul to HCM city.

Mr. Satoshi Nakajima asserted that in the past time, Việt Nam and Japan have had a nice relationship in many fields, with a remarkable contribution of Cần Thơ city.

Mr. Lê Văn Tâm said that Cần Thơ city is striving to become an industrial city by 2020. For that reason, Cần Thơ city is in need of a cooperation with Japanese Government in general and organizations of Japan based in Việt Nam in order to promote programs of scientific research, exchanges, investment attraction….

Cần Thơ city always creates best conditions for Japanese enterprises, investors and scientific research organizations to come to Cần Thơ city.
