President offers sympathy to Malaysia over former King’s death

President Tran Dai Quang on September 12 cabled a message of condolences to Malaysian King Sultan Muhammad V over the death of Sultan of Kedah State and former King of Malaysia Sultan Abdul Halim Mu’adzam Shah.
